I am really up against a brick wall with Emile.
The informant on his death certificate is listed as Charity Hospital record...there is no birth date listed on the death certificate. His age is listed as 86 which would suggest that he was born in 1863.
His obit says he was born in Vermillion Parish, La and he has 2 headstones the old one just has 1863 as the year and the new one has his birthday as March 8, 1865. On one census I found it listed his birth as March 1968.
Thanks again for any help, it is greatly appreciated.
