Margaret Poche and Stephen Edward Ragan

Hello,

I am trying to find infomation on Stephen Edward Ragan, born around 1905. Not sure where he was born, but I do know that he married Margaret Poche (later changed her name to Jaqueline)in Louisiana and had a son named Stephen William Ragan. We are trying to follow the tree back in time, but we have very little information. I do know that Stephen Edward was in the merchant marines or merchant seamen, and that he and Margaret (Jackie) were married and divorced to each other twice. Any help of finding the lineage of both Stephen and Margaret would be greatly appreciated.
