Where is Carter Cemetery near Bastrop, LA ? ? ?
Does anyone know where I could write or call to get an OBIT on JESSE WILLIAM FARRAR? Would it be at the court house, the library? What is the name of the main newspaper that might have carried his OBIT?
I am trying to find any of his descendants as they would be my cousins.
