Here's what little I've found about my Wilson line and the Hays.

A Thomas Hays gave his consent for my gg grandmother (Nancy Fagan 1800-1884) marriage in 1829 to David Wilson (1800-1879). Her parents were dead. Thomas Hays had a brother James and their father was George Hays. George died before 1823 (Avoyelles Parish probate records). At this time, George lived in Avoyelles parish and Thomas and James in Pointe Coupee.

I'm searching for the link between the Hays and Nancy's parents, Daniel Fagan and Patsy Adams.
