Ludie Bizette was the daughter of Joseph Meida Bizette & Rosalie Bizette born about 1903 in Pointe Coupee.
She married about 1921 Joseph Hermes Jarreau son of Tobie William & Aspasie Marie Goudeau Jarreau.
In the 1920 PC census Ludie is 16 and living with mother Rosalie & Rosalie's 2nd husband Bienvenue Webre.
Living in this household are: Bienvenue age 63, Rosalie age 40, Marescia Bizette age 20 (Ludie's older sister who is divorced), and then the children of Bienvenue & Rosalie: Josephine age 10, Witney son age 8, Morris age 6, Tennis son age 2, and Claude Bonaventure age 4 who is the son of Maurescia Bizette Bonaventure & whichever Bonaventure she had been married to.
Maureska or Maurisca (not sure) married again about 1921 this time to: Ulysse Bizette, the son of Ignace Joseph Bizette & Emma Lisa Aguillard.
This family was Catholic and events in their lives were recorded by the Church. The Catholic Diocese offers these records in a series of published books which can be viewed at local libraries around Baton Rouge or ordered thru their website.
