Charlie--- Map locating the property is in the mail to you. BTW, you need to put more data with your postings.... names, places, dates, etc. ;-) I am also sending you some things on PC Parish family of DELAGE--- Your Justice Reynolds ---- was 40 (b:1810) on the 1850 census of Pointe Coupee Parish and single. He also has quite a bit of land ($4000) and 13 slaves so obviously a working plantation. He is listed back on the 1840 census of Spartenburg, SC--- and was married back then with an older female also in their home (his mother or hers?). He married at least twice. He obviously moved to La. and purchased the PCP land between 1840 and that 1850 census. The records are all right there 180 miles from you.... well worth a trip. Let me know when you get what I sent as there are other contacts that might be of help to you! Pauline Pointe Coupee Parish LaGenWeb Coordinator Notify Administrator about this message?
