Agreement in 3 parts, 14 Feb 1794, bond of 10pds
Party 1; Zacharias Rothrock, Borough of Easton
Party 2; Rosina, wf of Zacharias Rothrock
Party 3; Philip Shitz, trustee
Agreement 1) Abraham LaBar, former husband of Rosina Rothrock, by will, left her, with other things, a house and lot in the Borough of Easton on Hamilton Street plus an outlot of 5 acres in the borough plus considerable household good and furniture.
2) Some unhappy differences have lately arisen between Zacharias and Rosina and they have agreed to separate. Zacharias agreed to leave the house and allow Rosina to have the goods and furniture now in the house which where hers before they were married plus all right and title to the house lot and outlot after his debts were paid.
3. Zacharias said he would not bother Rosina nor force her to live wtih him and would never knowingly enter a place where she was present nor ever lay claim to any of the property

Siblings, Andrew, oldest brother, deceased, left children, Abraham, Catharine w/o Nicholas Kraemer, Maria, w/o John Koenig, Elisabeth, deceased, wf of Andrew Shall (left children), Christina wf of John Frederick. Leonard, deceased, left children, Abraham, Leonard, Jacob, Maria, w/o Henry Osterstock, Catharine, deceased, wf of Jacob Koenig (left children), Rosina, wf of Conrad Keiper, Elisabeth, wf of Jonathan Hartzell, Sarah, wf of Adam Stuber. Frederick, deceased, left children. Abraham, Andrew, Frederick, Leonard, Rosina, wf of Georrge knapshneider, Christina, wf of Jost Yoder, Elisabeth, wf of George Rohn.
Rosina LaBar, only sister, died serveral years before John, without issue.
