Penny, my grandfather's name was Frank Randall Lacewell and while he lived his married life in Bladen County, NC, he was originally from East Arcadia, NC,. He was African American and Indian. I don't know anything about him having siblings nor do I know anything about his parents or any family members. My mother (his daughter is now deceased) but she nor her siblings spoke of his family. I believe my grandfather was born in 1800 as he served as a young child in the 1st world war. I don't know if this is helpful for you, but if it is, I still have one aunt alive if we can be of further assistance.
