The baptism record that you have is for another Regis Lacombe, son of Vital.
Your Regis was born April 15th 1840 in St-Basile, N.B., son of Pierre Lacombe & Theotiste Ouellet. I have a copy of his Baptism. He was Baptized Francois Regis Lacombe. Delima, his wife, was born June 18th 1844 in St-Louis' parish in Kamouraska.
