Olive R. Lacy born Mercer County, OH 1841

I am researching my g-g-g-grandparents, Thomas McGuire and Olive R. Lacy. Olive was born in Mercer County, OH in 1841. She married Thomas McGuire in Celina, OH in 1867 and subsequently moved to Indiana around 1870. They then moved to McPherson County, KS by 1880 and then to Winfield, Cowley County, KS. They remained there until their deaths (Thomas, who was born in 1842 in Ohio, and served in the 31st Ohio Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War, died in 1932 and Olive died shortly before that (between 1925 and 1930)). Olive shows up in the 1860 census in two different homes (one is her abode and the other is her place of work)in Mercer County. She and Thomas are listed under the names of McGuire, McQuire, McGuirr, McCuin and possibly other misspellings/mis-transcriptions. This has made finding records very tedious. I cannot find any early records for Olive. Both Thomas and Olive are listed as living with different Lacy families for at least part of the 1860 census year, but I think these may have been two of her uncles (if that makes any sense), as the Lacy's were a prominent and early family to the area, there were a lot of them. So, if anybody recognizes any of this information as sounding familiar or knows anything that might help me to make a breakthrough, I would really appreciate any help. Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this, and good luck on your genealogy adventures!
