Hi Brian;
Julie Jubinville and Norbert Laferriere
are my great great grandparents through their daughter Eugenie (who would marry Hildege Hervieux).
Interesting i think is the number of Hervieux orphans are housed in Harvey households in the early 20th century. I have often wondered if it isnt an Americanization of the French surname.

also : I believe that Julie and Norbert had adaughter before son Louis; named Eugenie also . She died in infancy.

i am at a deadstop on both the Laferriere lineage and the Jubinville lineage. I have seen trees that show the Aurez-dit- Laferriere family dates back to the original french settling of Quebec they are detail at the "Fils-de-Roi" sites.

if you have any clues or contacts in Canda i would be happy to "exploit" them

your Cousin
Brian Guder
