yes, I really think this must be him. The time frame and locations are correct. And we heard he passed away out of state, so Rhode Island would make sense.

I checked on the familysearch.org and also found the parents name, and that says he died "before" October 2003. I'm not sure what that means exactly, but the time frame is right.

Wow, so it is interesting this must be my grandfather-- I wonder if he had any other children...
