Hi Ginny,

I looked at your post concerning Philip Lahey. My name is Murray Lahey from Dartmouth Ns Canada. In 1983 I did a Lahey family tree. On it a Philip Lahey who had 6 children: Margaret born in USA 1856, Michael born in USA 1852, John born in USA 1861, Katherine born in USA 1855, Philip born in NS, Canada 1866, and Sarah born in NS.
There seems to be a relationship between your Philip and mine. Also, I have all of the Lahey history from Michael and his wife Margaret Cashman who brought their family from Ireland in approx 1828 to work on the shubenacadie canal in Dartmouth, NS, Canada.

Hope this helps, i can send you a family tree booklet of my Lahey ancestors which may include your Philip.
