Thank you for your reply on Liberty (LaLiberte). I have obtained the death record for Franklin (Frank or Alderic) from the State of Indiana, but now am trying to get a birth record from Ottawa, Canada. Don't know of any Marguerite or Patrick Laliberte in ILlinois but Franklin's 1st marriage was in IL. and several of his children were born there.(Floyd, Lucille, Gerald, Theodore, Valida)so there may be some connection that is not known at this time.
