Here is the info that I have on Alexis(1822- ) & Marie: Alexis' father was Joseph and his mother is listed as "Une Metisse".Marie's(1826/11/01-1901/01/28) father was Jn-Bpte and her mother was M-R-Ant Lagimodiere. Marie is buried at St. Boniface(cathedrale). Their children were 1)Joseph,2)Jn-Bpt who married Elise Lingan then Francoise Desjarlais.3)Therese who married Antoine Lariviere. 4)Lazure who married Virginie Fisher. 5)Justin married Caroline Paul. 6)Angelique married Charles Lussier. 7)Arsinoe married Nap Normand. Although my mother was a Laliberte from "Colin" dit Laliberte I dony think we are related through the Lalibertes. But my paternal grmother was a Nault and her grmother was Josette Lagimodiere a half sister to M-Rose-Antoinette Lagimodiere. I have a little more information on the Lalibertes if you are intesrested.
