Re: Conrad and Lawrence "Lamberson": Does anyone know about the evolution of this name? I am related to the Lommassons of PA and NJ. I have read that Lommasson evolved from Lamberson. Many of the first names in this discussion are the same as the names in my family tree including Bridget Van Atta, the wife of Lawrence Lommasson. Seems an awfully large coincidence.

Also, Lawrence and Conrad are related to Abraham Lommasson as either sons or brothers.

Can anyone confirm or disprove the that the Lamberson name evolved into Lommasson? If it is true I have much information on this family and would like to share.
