Have you tried tracing Wily Lamberson who was also listed in the 1850 census of Tippah County, MS? Like Elijah he too was a cabinetmaker. According to the 1850 census Wily age 26 (born about 1824) in TN and listed with him was Liddi W. age 16, most likely his wife.

In Tippah County, MS a Lyndia Lamberson married on 23 Oct 1861 to James McAnn.

The 1870 Census for Salem Post Office, Range 1, Twp 5 in Tippah County, MS lists:
Jud McAnn age 40
Lydia age 35
William age 5
Eliza age 2
Thos. Lamberson age 15 born MS
Jas. Lamberson age 12 born MS

Also in the Census of 1840 for Tippah County MS is:
Charles C. Lhambertin, head of household
1 male under 5
1 male age 5-10
1 male age 20-30 (most likely Charles)
1 female under 5
1 female age 5-10
1 female age 20-30 (most likely Charles wife)
