Hello again. I was certainly glad to hear from you. I can't say if there was a connection with Fall Rivers, Mass. or not.
I will try to explain my situation to you. I have been working family genealogy for about seven years. I have extensive works on my father's side and in my husband's family. However, the only information I had on my mother was her name and date of birth & location, along with the name of her parents. I was always told she was orphaned and placed with the Grey Nuns in Hull, Quebec. Her father was Gilbert Lamothe who died in 1912 at age 40, and her mother was Emelia Louis-Seize, who died in 1909 at age 28. I contacted someone in Canada for help. Just last Wednesday, I received the fruits of his labor. He sent copies of all the necessary certificates and documentation of the Lamothe line. As you realize this is quite new to me. I do realize that perhaps I may still have some cousins alive. It was just with this information that I found out that my mother had a sister. She was born in 1909, so it is not impossible that she perhaps may still be alive. If she married, I may have cousins whom I never knew existed. I have all this data going back in ancestry, but nothing coming down in descendancy. In your original posting, and in your reply, you mention names which are in the copies of the various documents I received. However, I do not know if these are the same people or not. I have their birth information, but not much else. I am seriously seeking family who might want to help me solve this mystery. Thank you for your attention.
