Further research has shown me that Levi may be related to Lloyd. Their father is said to have been Ebenezer and mother Betsey. The family resided in Hartland, Windsor Co., Vermont during the turn of the century of 1800.
Mary Lamphier [could be Levi's sister] was married to Barton Gillet and they had a son named Wesley about 1822-1826. Mary passed about 1826 and then Barton married Linda Adams Davis. Wesley is found living in 1850 with Levi and second wife Celia Lamphier in Bedford Township, Monroe Co., MI, with Reuben P. Lamphier; Celia, Amanda, and Caroline Peters; and Mary Jane Lamphier.
