Father of William H. Lampkin?

Cynthia,
I am Ruth Lampkin Packard, daughter of Edward Eugene Lampkin (b. 1915 d. 1985), who is the son of Eugene Herman Lampkin (b. 1886 d.1938),who is the son of Dr. Edward A. Lampkin (b.1866 d.1924), who is the son of William H. Lampkin (b. 1817). I do know William H. was married in Jackson Co., GA to Susan C. Moon. And there I come to a brick wall!

I have searched everywhere I can. Do you have any suggestions?
