I don't have answers on yours but I have a Margaret Randall Lampkin who married Nathan R. Yarbrough in Floyd County Georgia in 1865. Their daughter, my great grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Yarbrough married Robert Monroe Garner and she was said to be born near Rome. Perhaps she was an older sibling of this bunch. Since that is my direct line I am anxious to get more information on the Garners, Yarbroughs, and Lampkins of Floyd County.
