I have a record of one of my LAMPKIN line moving to Louisiana around 1830. Washington Campbell LAMPKIN (1808-1833) and his wife Martha NOTESWORTHY/NORSWORTHY moved to Louisiana.

They had a child or children, but I don't know any names. Washington Campbell LAMPKIN's father was William, Jr. and his grandfather was William, Sr., but his greatgrandfather was George LAMKIN... possible name connection to your George??

Send me some dates and any other info and we'll try to hook-up these connections.
