First the Surry Co., VA Lancaster's do not connect to the Hanover Co., VA Lancaster's.

Two completly seperate lines.

Robert Lancaster of Surry Co., VA is our first ancestor in America.

The Hanover Co., VA Lancaster's are descendants of John Gowen Lancaster of York Co., VA, also the first ancestor of this line in America.

The Y-DNA shows these are two seperate lines of Lancaster's. They do not connect.

So which line are you out of? Nancy
