Well I finally found it...the Lancaster family burying ground in Robeson county NC that I've been searching for for over 7 years!
For those who might be interested (particularly Wayne Taylor or Nancy Matthews) here are the details:
Gilbert "Wiley" Lancaster married Nancy Barlow and lived in Robeson county NC. Nancy Barlow was the d/o of Ralph Barlow and SIL of Michael "Mike" Council whose son Matthew Council penned a fantastic narrative about the life and people of Robeson county NC entitled "Council Memoirs". If you have any ancestors who lived in the Robeson county NC sandhills, "Council Memoirs" is a must read. (It can be found online)
Gilbert "Wiley" Lancaster was the son of Benjamin A. Lancaster, Jr. who came from Edgecombe county NC via his father Benjamin Sr. who came from Samuel and on back to Robert Lancaster of Surry county, Virginia, who came over from England via the Headright System.
"Wiley" and Nancy had a son named Robert Daniel Lancaster who married a Sarah Johnson. They spent their lives just outside Parkton, NC in Lumber Bridge (Robeson county). That line of Lancasters are all buried in the church cemetery of Lumber Bridge Presbyterian Church, which can be found online at Findagrave.
"Wiley" and Nancy also had another son named John Daniel and he married a Sarah Ausely. John and Sarah had a daughter named Susannah Amanda who married Joseph Gilmore Fisher. They also had a son named John Henry and it's through the John Henry Lancaster line that I descend.
While looking for info on another Lancaster ancestor, I stumbled across a newly transcribed cemetery (thank you so much Parkton resident and amateur cemetery buff Teresa Green) located just outside Parkton, NC, listed on Findagrave as McNatt Cemetery. The McNatt family cemetery is located just outside Parkton on a private road named Brauma Lane and contains some 20 gravesites.
Turns out that the Lancaster family burying ground was just outside of the enclosed-by-brick McNatt family cemetery and I cannot tell you how excited I was to finally find a pic of my great great grandfather's tombstone in that cemetery! His name was John Henry Lancaster and his wife Lucinda Mariah Bordeaux Lancaster is buried there along with their son Haywood Badger Lancaster as well as Haywood's FIL Lincoln "Cole" Beard and his wife Mary Jane Smith Beard.
