i have a henry lancisco jr. 1744-1799 that married clara elizabeth shobe (schaub)1748-1833 .henry was from grant and hardy co.s west virginia/ virginia.( state split for 2 wv and va) clara from grant co. va /wv . her parents married in tulpehocken, berks co.,penn.
these lanciscos and shobe families came to madison co., ohio and surrounding areas along with a few buffenbargers. one of my peck relatives worked with a buffenbarger (his distant cousin)on his large farmstead before he married. there are a few lanciscos and buffenbargers buried in the madison co., ohio area. they may all be cousins to the line that you are seeking.
