Henry Sines born Nov 11 1781 in VA. died May 16 1861 in Williams Co Ohio and buried at Buck Cem there.
His wife Susanna ?? was born 1791 in Va and died Dec 11 1876 in Endicott Jefferson Co Neb. buried at Rose Hill Cem in Endicott Jefferson Co Neb.She was living with her daughter there, daughter Susanna, she is first found living with her in 1870 census in Hazelton Twp Buchannan Co IA,
Henry Sines was a abolunteer soldier in the Company commanded by Capt Abrahm Hamilton is the 16th Regiment of Va Volunteers commanded by Colonel Coleman in the war with Great Britain. He volumteered at Michael's Spring near Richmond, Va on or about the 14th of June 1813, for the term of?? during the War Aforesadi and continued in actual service in the war for the term of the war and was honorably discharged at Camp Croproads in the state of Maryland on or about the 13th fo Dec 1815 by Gen. Scott as will appear by the muster rolls of said company.
This is all I have on his service but as I said in other query there were 3 Henry sines' in the company and the records are mixed up.
18201830 census Greenfield Twp Fairfield co Oh
1840 Cass TWp Hancock Co Ohio
1850 Allen Twp Hancock Co Ohio
1860 living next to son Simon in Williams Co Ohio
From letters it is known that he and Susanna were in Iowa in1850's and then to Hillsdale Co where David Sines lived and he died in 1858 and then Henry and Susanna are living next to Simon on 1860 census.
