Hi Janice, not sure if this is the same Daniel Lanigan, but sounds correct. My name is Jill A. Lanigan, I am the Grand-daughter of George A. Lanigan. His father (my Great-Grandfather) was James Lanigan & his Father (my Great-great Grandfaher) was Daniel Lanigan. Both my Grandpa Lanigan & Granny Lanigan have passed away, but I was told by my Granny that it was Daniel Lanigan that came over fom Ireland & settled in East Canada, in New Brunswick; then his son James moved out West.
