Hello, not sure but we may have a match/be related? My name is Jill A. Lanigan, I am the Grand-daughter of George A. Lanigan. His father (my Great-Grandfather) was James Lanigan & his Father (my Great-great Grandfaher) was Daniel Lanigan. Both my Grandpa Lanigan & Granny Lanigan have passed away, but I was told by my Granny that it was Daniel Lanigan that came over fom Ireland & settled in East Canada, in New Brunswick; then his son James moved out West to Saskatchewan, Canada. They settled & farmed in the Elfros, SK area & moved to Regina, SK when my Grandpa was 16years old. There is a town in Saskatchewan called Lanigan & I've heard many stories about how it was name, there is a connection there (I will try to find additional information about this, as I remember speaking with my Grandparents about this.) There's also a street or crescent in Regina, SK named Lanigan as well. Feel free to contact me, this sounds interesting. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Jill A. Lanigan
