Dear All

My name is Thomas Lanigan and I live here in Manchester England. My dad's side of the family The 'Lanigans' come from Blackpool on the North West coast of England. My fathers niece has started a family tree to trace our origins and I believe we originally came from Ireland and moved over to Blackpool. My fathers name is David Lanigan and his Uncles own fishmongers and green grocers in Lytham St Anns (where the British Open Golf is held).

Just wondered if anyone knows which Lanigan's came to North West England and settled here.

Any questions or comments please feel free to write.
