Found a little on Philip De Forest, (in law's to the Lansings)He was a cooper of Manor Rensselaerswyck m. Tryntje Kip in New York, Jan 8, 1676.He was buried in Albany, Aug 18, 1727, ch;Sara bp in New York, Jan 2, 1678, Sussanna bp Albany Apr 1, 1694; Metje bp. July 25, 1686, Issac bp. Feb 20, 1689; Jessie bp. Jan 13, 1692, CATRINA, bp. Nov 25, 1694; Johannes bp. Sep 12, 1697; David, bp Sep 8, 1700; Abraham bp. Feb 21, 1703. There are quite a few more De Forest's.
Abraham Kip,m Geesie Vander Heyden, Oct 16, 1687; in 1714 his house was on the south corner of Maiden Lane and Pearl st.His w. was buried Feb 9, 1748.Ch:Issac bp Nov 18, 1688; Anna bp Dec 20 1691; Anna bp June 17, 1694; Catelyn bp Aug 8, 1697; Jacob and Cornelia, twins, bp. Jul 20, 1701, Geertruy and Catharina, twins bp. June 24, 1705.
(I do not find Tryntje Kip here, she may have been a sister, cousin, or skipped over.) There are several others
but they are later births.
