Hi William, I am not sure I can help all that much. You probably know more than I do.
I have listed for the children of your James Thomas Lantroop and Martha Jane Jones.
1. Mary A. S. Landroop born abt. 1854
2. Martha Catherine Landroop born abt. 1855
3. Lodema A. Landroop born abt. 1858
4. Harriet Lantroop born Jan 12, 1862
5. Malissa Lantroop born Jan 12, 1862 Twin to harriet
6. Louisa Lantroop born abt. 1863
7. Georgia Lantrrop born abt. 1867
8. Rose Lantroop born abt. 1869
9. Lucy Lantrrop born abt. 1869 Twin to Rose.

The didn't age much from 1860 to 1880, so some of the dates might be off.

As far as Childrem for Sith and Mary Landroop, I only have 5 lsited right now.
1. James Thomas lantoop Dec 29, 1829
big gap then
2. Mary F. Lantroop 1839
3. John Dawson Landroop Jan 9, 1842
4. George C. Landroop 1845
5. Mitha I. Lantroop 1847.

I am sure that I have children missing, but haven't found anything else.

I do know that one Landtroop that went to Hopkins County, Texas was Martha E. Landroop wh0o married Wren Foust/Fouse
Wren Foust died in Hopkins county Texas on Feb 8, 1896.
I do not know which Lantroop family Martha came from.
Thanks
Liz Moore
