I am also researching the Lape family in Hancock Co, OH. I am particularily interested in John and Evaline (Cooper) Lape and their descendants.

Evaline Cooper Lape is buried in row 20 1st addition of McComb Union Cemetery in Pleasant Twp, Hancock Co, OH. According to Evaline's tombstone she was b. 06 May 1836 d. 06 July 1883. Her parents are Nancy Cusac and James Cooper. She was probably born in Portage Twp, Hancock Co, OH.

Where is John buried?

I have collected quite a bit of information on the Cusac and Cooper families in Hancock Co, OH. I am willing to share this information in exchange for information on the Lape family.

Sheila
