My g-g-g-grandfather Abiel French married Sally Larabee in Virgil sometime around 1816 (oldest known child was born May 1818).
I believe she was either William or William R.'s sister (she was born about 1799).
From the Orleans 1850 Census, William R. was born about 1812 (he is age 37).
Two of William R.'s children are buried along with Abial French in a family cemetery in LaFargeville.
I would appreciate any info you have on William's birth date. The 1830 cenus indicates he was born between 1780 and 1790. Knowing his age might indicate whether he is Sally's father or brother.
