Hi there,
My name is Brian Larzelere. I believe it is most likely that my family may be the one your looking for. My Larzelere family hails from the Finger Lakes (My dad is from Penn Yan) and have been there since before the civil war. My grandfather is William Larzelere (still in Penn Yan) and his father was Whitney Larzelere, and I think he had a brother Henry who was a carpenter. Anyways my aunt has the whole family tree figured out. If you'd like her e-mail, let me know.
And for the lady who had a Hannah Larzelere, we also had a Hannah and my cousin Chris just had a baby and named her Hannah. Hope this helps! Just as a side note, there is a Larzelere Rd. between Geneva and Penn Yan, and the family used to run a Tavern/Inn on an (old) main carriage road that was still in the family being used as the local Grange hall (my grandfather is a grape farmer) and was recently sold to a couple who turned it into a B&B called the "Larzelere Inn."
