I don't remember the exact name of the book, but I looked at it at the Family History Library (Joseph Smith Memorial Bldg.) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
You might try a search for it at their website - http://www.familysearch.org
They might have a copy of it on microfilm. I looked at the actual book.
