I have a John Lash in my family who married Abigail (Steele) Devore. They had one son, David Lash and John Lash arrording to the 1850 census came from NJ. I do not have any connecting link to your family but I would be interested if you can connect our John Lash to the NJ Family. My John Lash was born ca. 1800 and died in Pa on June 13, 1882 and is buried in Washington County, Pa. somewhere. The death listing is at the Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Church, Washington County, but it does not say that he is buried there. I have found no graves for either he or his wife. Thanks! Bill Goodboy
