Lash Researchers: I do not have proof that John and Philip Lash, as well as Anna Lash Lutes of Kosciusko County, Indiana were siblings, but this is what is known. All three were born in N.J., all three lived in Washington County, Pa., and all three ended up in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and based on when they were born, all three fit into the family of the John Lash found on the 1810 census of Fallowfield Twp., Washington County, Pa.
One other bit of info. In the Stecher Mt. Zion Lutheran Church records of Fallowfield Twp., Washington County, Pa., there is the following birth record: Johannes 12 October, 1813 with Adam and Anna Christina Lutz listed as parents. Below the name of Adam Lutz and Anna Christina is listed Joh. Lesch and Anna Lutz. Could this be John Lash?
