Notes for WILLIAM (1) LASHBROOK:
Residence: William came to America in 1738 after having been forced into indenturment by the court in London, England for theft; he and a co-worker were accused on stealing bread from the king and selling on the street. He arrived in Virginia, June 1738 on the ship "Forward". By accounts available he lived the remainder of his life in Prince William Co. Virginia.
