Instead of all this paper gobbledegook, why don't you get DNA swabs from known LaTourette's in France and those decended from Jean. By the way, about 150 people came to the reunion of decendants of jean in Portland OR this past weekend. Attending were a count and countess from France.

DNA samples were taken from my family line and another branch that claimed documented proof of decendancy...including "royalty." Turns out the decendants of the supposed orphan was identical known decendants still living in Europe, while the "proved" decendants' DNA wasn't even close.

"Hey! What’s up? Not much new here, except the 5 year LaTourette/Clay family reunion is this Saturday, and Le Compte et La Comptesse arrive from France tomorrow. This should be quite the shindig. I’ll tell you all about it! There will be some 150 people coming from all over."
