Perry Ernest Lattin was one of Charles W Lattin (b.Jun. 22, 1845) and Amy Rosalea Guernsey (b.Dec. 6, 1850). They had the following children: George W. Lattin (b. 1866) at Pochantus Co., Lizard Twp. - near Marshalltown, Iowa; Albert Horace Lattin (b. Aug. 28, 1868); Perry Ernest (b.July 4, 1870 or 1876) in Dakota Terr.; Grace Lattin (b. 1877) in Iowa; Edward Lattin (b. ? ) married Anna ?; Viola Pearl Lattin (b. Nov. 7, 1884)in Iowa, married Willliam Ehler - Washington State, Children: Sybil and Joseph; Rosa Mae Lattin (b. May 6, 1886 at Mapleton, Iowa; Vernon Ellisworth Lattin (b. Apr. 4, 1888) Lived near Souix City, Iowa. Married Frances Dishong. Child: Margaret, Ellisworth Joseph, Charles Vernon; Blanche Lattin (b. Oct. 30, 1891 in Iowa. Married Wm. Frazey, children: Emily, Homer.
Charles W. Lattin the father of these children, was the son of Horace Birdsey Lattin and Rebecca (Farham / Farnun)Lattin - Hodson from Argyle, Wisconsin. Horace and Rebecca lived in Highland Township in Madison Co. Illinois from the late 1830's to about 1846 when they moved up river to the area now in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. Horace and Rebecca had about 12 children. I have info on most all these children of Horace and Rebecca Lattin and some photos. I have put a info sheet together on Charles W. Lattin family.
