I know its not spelled like the rest of this forum but my husband's mother was Joan Rebecca Lattie. She is on his birth certificate and I cannot find her anywhere. I don't know if she is dead or alive. She was last in San Bernadino, California where my husband was born and then she gave him to the neighbor and left (never to pick up my husband) who was then raised by the neighbor. At least that was the story he was told all his life. I've checked many websites, search directories and I have no idea where to turn. I know she was 19 when he was born in 1958 and she was born in Texas.
