Hi, John, How the**uk are you, Yes the Albion is still there and the ale is still crap.

I have been doing some family searching lately and have found my grandad was buried in a puplic grave(paupers grave) in the Landican cemetery in Birkenhead (no suprise there then), Anyway the nearest I have been able to locate the Laughtons geographicly is to a small Hamlet in south Yorkshire called Laughton en-le Morthen,it's about 7miles southwest of Doncaster. Anyway must go I will let you know of any new info.

See you, Peter
