Sewell Laughton or Loughton
Posted by: Greg Laughton Date: April 04, 2000 at 07:32:36

Sewell apparently married twice: Anne (???LNU) in Leeds County about 1819, and Mariah Parish in 1838. I am trying to follow the Anne marriage, and possible children... maybe 2, James and Mary. I know of the children of the Parish union, but would be glad to hear from their descendants. I think S. came to Canada, married, and went back to VT. Several years later Anne L. was back in Canada with 2 kids, born 1822 and 1824, and living alone. Later connected with Asa Webster. (1839 and later.) Any help would be welcome.
