It appears that you are correct that Urgel was first married to Emilie Thibert (in 1843) and then later to Marie-Anne Legare in 1870. UrgelUrgele was bornin 1823(according to Gilles Lavigne - who seems to have one of the more extensive and well-reserached Tessier dit Lavigne genealogies) and others, and died in 1904. Hyacinthe (born 1769) would have been 54 years old when Urgel was born, so that's still possible, but pushing biology a bit for the 18th century for Marie-Louise Brault (born 1776, so age 47 at 1823).
Most sources show Joseph's father as Charles Tessier and Marguerite Langlois, not Hyacinthe and Marie-Louise. See for example Gilles Lavignes site at:

Do you have a source for Hyacinthe as Urgel's father?Tessier dit Lavigne.
Charles' line also leads back to Urbain Tessier dit Lavigne.
It also looke like you have Osias right as Joseph and Victoria's son, but could you posisibly provide a link or the wording of the La Presse aticle?
No one else seems to know about a Yves as a son of Osias, just sons Pierre and Maurice, so it would be fabulous to have that connection substantiated via eveidence provided in the interview.
Thanks for sharing this, by the way. I hope you or someone can prove the last part about Yves being Osias' son and Jean-Claude's father.
