Seeking info on Robert Thomas Lawlor, principal and school teacher, in probably the 1840's in NY. He was born on Marian St. NYC, NY. Robert gave up teaching to do city work in the Hall of Records. His wife's name was Mary Martin Lawlor b in NY City Hall d/o Thomas Martin (NY school teacher ) and ? from Scotland. Known children were Ella who married Neil ?, Mamie who taught school and retired in 1900, and ? who was the mother of Katherine and died abt.1902. The Lawlor's and Farrell's attended church on So 5th Ave., NY. Vacations were spent at the shore they had a large house with lot of company. I believe they had some family in NJ. All taken from notes Katherine Farrell Weisel made for her children. Any help appreciated. Ann
