My first response did not go through, so here it is again: we own the Patrick Lawlor homestead in Bristol, Maine, circa 1781 - we have done quite a bit of research on him and the family with some help from relatives who live in the area - it is a wonderful old farm and we are grateful that it was kept intact with few changes to its original structure and detail. We are the second 'non lawlor' owners of the property, the first being a couple from CT who purchased it from the Lawlor family in 1992, we purchased it from them in 2004. We are keeping up the Irish traditions here and raise Connemara ponies. I hope this is interesting information for you, and if you'd like, you may contact me, and I'd be happy to send you photos of the farm and whatever info we have that you may not have available to you. Best Wishes from "Twin Oaks Farm - The Patrick Lawlor Homestead" Linda Painter
