Hello Robert:

For a Tho(mas) Coogan and Elizab(eth) Lawlor M 1859 +/- 2 yrs, somewhere in Ireland, I found NO matching rcds. They may have married in America.

When you can conjure up some DOB for these two, then you can search for their Bs in Ireland in both online databases.
