I am looking for information regarding James Laymon and his wife Melvina Benham, m. Nov 3, 1849-Clermont CO. Southwest Ohio. They had three children, William E., James Harrison, and Benjamin C. I think Wm and James died young, but Benjamin survived. After James died, Melvina married Daniel D. Warner 1858 in Indiana. They moved to Blackhawk CO. Iowa had six more children, Daniel J., Sarah J., William H., Ezra M., Marie N., and Amanda N., Daniel joined the Iowa Volunteers, Union Army in 1862. Daniel died of his war wounds in Nebraska in 1873. If anyone can help me with this family and their migration pattern, I will be grateful. I would be glad to share any information I have. Thank you.....Beth
