For emigration rcds, check with Ellis Island. Even though she may not have entered there, this site can probably refer you to a site which has the rcds.
Middle names weren't used frequently in early 19th cent. Ireland. When they came into use in the mid to late 19th cent., they weren't always written into the rcds.
I research an online database. It contains abt 12,000,000 Irish rcds.
For Elizabeth Leary B 1859 +/- 4 yrs, I found the following:
7 B rcds, Cork
1 B rcd, Limerick
1 B rcd, Tipperary south
0B rcds, Tipperary north
0B rcds, Kilkenny
1 B rcd, Longford
2 B rcd, Westmeath,
1 B rcd, Dublin
1 B rcd, Antrim
1 B rcd, Down
NONE of these were in 1859 (exact) - either your date is wrong, or the rcds haven't been entered in the database yet.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
