I'm grabbing at straws on this. My husbands ggrandfather was Frank Grover from Canada, and he always said Grover means Leboeuf. Well we can't figure this out. We think in his broken English (He was french) he must have meant his Mother's maiden name was Leboeuf. If there is ANY connection in your tree of any kind please let me know. My e-mail is MarmDawn@aol.com As a little more information, Frank had a son Alfred (Fred) and they were both born in Canada. As we understand around Quebec. Maybe at Lechine.
